1. Conscious Business Academy by Fred Kofman

A program of 18 meetings with the representation of the content of his Book, "Conscious Company" of its author Fred Kofman, in which you will acquire the following competencies.

  1. You will learn distinctions that will enable you to develop strategies of individual transformation, and then enhance the collective performance.
  2. You will develop interpersonal skills such as communication, negotiation, coordination and mastery emotional that allow you to interact and constructive dialogues with the members of a community, even in times of conflict.
  3. Encourage effective leadership anchored in the values of responsibility, integrity, and humility.

2. Conscious Business Leadership by Fred Kofman

An advanced program of leadership designed for CEOs, directors, managers and middle managers. Participants will begin with a personal work that will allow them to subsequently transmit the learning to their teams, enhancing their skills, and encouraging a cultural change in the organization.

For 20 weeks, we will apply the principles of leadership are aware of including a virtual session with Fred Kofman.
The weekly sessions, 90 minutes, will be in charge of the Master Coach, who will guide the participants in the management of leadership, improving the effectiveness and fostering collaborative relationships with their teams and colleagues, contributing to the well-being of all involved. 
Subsequently, it will start the ‘Program cascadeo’, where the Leader and the Coach will define the challenges to work with your computer. The groups, formed by 6 people, will be able to start the program on the date that best suits them.

  2. Collaboration and Cohesion: To measure the level of collaboration and team cohesion through satisfaction surveys, and observations about working as a team.
