1. Conscious Business Academy by Fred Kofman

An 18-session program based on the content of Fred Kofman’s book “Conscious Business”, in which you will acquire the following competencies:

  1. You will learn distinctions that allow you to develop strategies for individual transformation, which will then enhance collective performance.
  2. You will develop interpersonal skills such as communication, negotiation, coordination, and emotional mastery, enabling you to have constructive interactions and dialogues with community members, even in moments of conflict.
  3. You will cultivate effective leadership anchored in values of responsibility, integrity, and humility.

2. Conscious Business Leadership by Fred Kofman

An advanced leadership program designed for CEOs, directors, managers, and mid-level executives. Participants will begin with personal work that will later enable them to convey the learnings to their teams, enhancing their skills and fostering a cultural transformation within the organization.

Over the course of 20 weeks, we will apply the principles of conscious leadership, including a virtual session with Fred Kofman.
The weekly 90-minute sessions will be led by the Master Coach, who will guide participants in leadership management, improving effectiveness, and fostering collaborative relationships with their teams and colleagues, contributing to the well-being of all involved. 
Following this, the'Cascade Program'will begin, where the Leader and Coach will define the challenges to work on with their team. Groups, consisting of 6 people, can start the program on the date that suits them best.

3. Certification in Conscious Business Coaching by Fred Kofman

The only coaching certification program in Conscious Business Coaching, endorsed by Fred Kofman.
It is aimed at executives, business leaders, HR managers, coaches, and professionals who wish to become ‘business coaches specializing in leadership’.
