Through this evaluation, is obtained from the candidate their behavioral profile (skills, motivators and ways of making decisions), and can be contrasted with the needs of the job and providing for his performance in the role assigned.

Evaluation process

The PDA Assessment measures five dimensions of behavior that are essential to the performance of work:

  • Risk
  • Extroversion
  • Patience
  • Conformity to Standards
  • Self-control

Each dimension is evaluated in two profiles: Natural Profile, which shows how the individual perceives himself; and the Profile Facilitiesthat reflects how you think others perceive it. 

This analysis allows to assess both the stability as the behavioral flexibility of the candidate.

The process is managed by Analysts PDA trained. 

They interpret the results in function of the needs and the organizational culture and make recommendations that help to optimize the process of selection and development of talent.

Time to obtain the results

The evaluation with the candidate takes a 15 minutes

Then, the analysis is processed by a software that calculates the trends and the distribution of energy in the various dimensions of behavior. 

After obtaining the results, the Human Resources team or the Coach meets to discuss the interpretation of the data and advance the necessary decisions.
